If you’re looking for a new date night spot or a place to go with friends for a more experiential meal, head to Meat Project! This newly opened Korean BBQ joint serves up lunch and dinner daily for your dining pleasure.

While you can order single dish items off the menu like traditional bibimbap or buckwheat noodles and they are tasty, most opt for the true Korean BBQ experience and order for the grill. If you’ve never done Korean BBQ, the way it works is you order a selection of meat portions and combos. You order what you like and it comes out raw but well-seasoned, and you watch it cook and sizzle away on a heated grill in the middle of your table. The smells are incredible, but Meat Project also offers suction fans at each table so you don’t leave the restaurant smelling like your meal, which is a plus.

Diners have been raving about the beef and pork combo meal which serves up brisket, pork belly, ribs, and pork jowl. You can also order single servings of a meat if you don’t want to try it all.  But the combos do come with a soup and corn and cheese pancake as well, so it’s a good deal.

No matter what you order, it’ll be a fun and interactive dining experience!
