The classes at Namoo Yoga vary in terms of their speed and flow, but they each follow a similar formula. The format ensures that each class draws energy from the depths of each practitioner, and restores a sense of calm that emanates beyond the walls of the yoga studio.

Come to a class at Namoo Yoga, and you’ll start with a series of warm-up stretches that focus on your abs. Next, move into Tao Yin meridian exercises, which consist of intense stretching and twisting to boost your blood flow and alignment. Focused breathing exercises and a bit of Tai Chi movement follow, with soothing meditation and a cool-down capping off the class. Namoo Yoga offers two or three classes Monday through Saturday, so you should be able to find one that fits into your schedule.
