If you haven't started decorating your home for the holidays, there's one crucial element you need to make guests feel welcome in your apartment this season: a wreath hanging on the door. You could grab a cookie-cutter wreath from the store or craft your own at the Holiday Wreath Workshop at Merrifield Garden Center.

On Saturday, December 2nd, Andrea Gabor, a Merrifield Plant and Design Specialist, will take guests through the artistic process of creating a holiday wreath, step by step. It begins with one of the garden center's own wreaths, which you'll deck out with a bow and any other festive extras you choose to buy while you're at class. The wreath, the bow, and the instruction are all included in the cost of a ticket, which is $45. Buy yours now as the class will be capped at 30 students.
