At Namoo Yoga, instructors operate under the belief that yoga is for all bodies, regardless of age, shape, or size. That's why their classes are designed to accommodate everyone, from first-time yogis who are just learning the basics to seasoned practitioners working on perfecting their inversions.
The classes range from Holistic Yoga to Core Connection and Detox to Yoga Tai Chi. Each session offers something a little different to those who attend, but all classes follow the same basic format: they begin with a warm up that focuses on the ab muscles, followed by stretching and twisting to awaken the meridians, energy pathways in the body. Next comes focused breathing, followed by elements of Tai Chi and meditation. The final step is a cool down, which always includes more stretching in order to keep energy flowing freely throughout the body.
